1. Introduction and scope

Vietnam ScholarHub (“VSH”, “we”) provides digital services for learning, research, academic connection and related activities. The ecosystem may include VSH Profile, Scholar Network, HSK, Study, Journals, digital certificates, research tools, scholarships, clubs, academic content, AI features, APIs and VSH-operated subdomains. By using VSH, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any service-specific rules that apply.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and remain responsible for activity through your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, impersonated or used to misrepresent identity. Some features may require age, identity or academic-status verification. Use by minors is subject to applicable law and, where required, consent from a parent or legal representative.

3. Services

VSH may provide free and paid services. Features may be improved, replaced, restricted or discontinued for technical, security, legal or product reasons. Where a material change affects user rights, VSH will seek to provide appropriate notice. Availability at one time is not a promise of permanent availability.

4. Academic profiles and user content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of education, affiliation, publications, articles, documents, links, comments and professional information they publish. Users must not impersonate others; claim false qualifications or achievements; plagiarize or fabricate research data; infringe copyright, privacy or other rights; use VSH for fraud, harassment, malware, spam or attacks; unlawfully scrape personal data; or engage in conduct prohibited by Vietnamese law.

5. Verification

A VSH verification mark means only that a defined verification process was completed at the time of review. It is not certification of academic quality, a guarantee of all content, or VSH endorsement of the account holder’s opinions. Verification may be suspended or revoked when information becomes inaccurate, fraudulent, compromised or non-compliant.

6. Intellectual property

Users retain lawful rights in content they create. When content must be stored, displayed, distributed, backed up or indexed, users grant VSH a limited, non-exclusive licence only as needed for those functions. Ownership does not transfer to VSH. Private research or unpublished content is not used to train AI models without an appropriate lawful basis and permission.

7. Artificial intelligence

AI may support search, summarization, learning, research assistance or recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently checked before important academic, research or publication decisions. Personal-data-based AI functions are governed by user settings and the Privacy Policy.

8. Analytics and improvement

VSH may process technical, diagnostic and usage statistics for troubleshooting, performance, fraud prevention, safety, trend analysis and product improvement. Administrative and BI reporting is designed to favor aggregated data and reduce identifiability.

9. Advertising and third parties

VSH may integrate analytics, search, hosting, email, payment, advertising and infrastructure providers, including services from Google and Cloudflare. Third-party processing is limited to relevant purposes and governed by applicable arrangements and the Privacy Policy. Displayed advertising is not a VSH endorsement.

10. Paid services

Where paid services are offered, pricing, duration, benefits, payment, renewal and refund conditions are shown at the transaction. Product-specific terms displayed at purchase take precedence for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

11. Enforcement

Depending on severity, VSH may warn, restrict features, remove content, limit interaction, suspend access, require re-verification or terminate accounts. Suspected unlawful conduct may be preserved and reported to competent authorities as required by law. Except in urgent safety or legal cases, VSH seeks to provide a review or appeal mechanism.

12. Account deletion

Users may request deletion through VSH Profile or published support channels. Limited data may remain temporarily in backups, security records, dispute records or legally required files. Properly anonymized data may remain for statistics.

13. Service availability

VSH works to maintain a stable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Unless a separate written SLA applies, no fixed uptime commitment is made.

14. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, VSH is not responsible for loss arising primarily from inaccurate user information, third-party content, failure to secure an account, decisions made solely on AI output, third-party services outside VSH control, force majeure or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

Personal-data processing is governed by the VSH Privacy Policy. Where the documents differ on personal-data handling, the Privacy Policy controls.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Parties should first seek good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent authority or court. The Vietnamese version is official; translations are provided for accessibility.

17. Changes

VSH may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology or law. Material changes affecting user rights will be notified through an appropriate method such as email, account notice or platform banner.
